You guys are my new best friends

So I started to truly lift about 2 years ago. I was at the gym 6 days a week sometimes twice a day taking protein powders 3x a day and double scooping preworkout. I was literally going to failure on every set 5x a body part, pretty much ate as much as I could of junk, I gained probably 10lb of fat and 8lbs of muscle, not bad but I was lifting for over a year from a beginners point so not so great. My wife had our daughter recently and I just could not hit the gym with the mentality of "if I can't make it to the gym 5x a week and afford supplements there's no point". I've been listening to this podcast for about 2 months now and purchased their anabolic program. I am now in the gym 3x a week with no supplements and eating the smartest and healthiest I have ever been able to without breaking the bank. I'm 3 weeks in the program so no huge gains but the fact that I'm PR'ing, getting stronger, and surpassing my lifts every week is huge, I'm not even in phase 1! I'm in the prephase! I now look into my diet and fitness as a lifelong decision, not what's the quickest for gains and aesthetics. My whole life from 13 years old to now 22 all I cared about was how I looked because I used to be obese as a kid. I'm slowly not caring anymore about having six pack abs or huge biceps, which Is still foreseeable, but more about what do I feel like everyday, where's my energy level, how's my sleep. I FEEL GREAT! Not to say I was depressed before but I've never been this energetic and happy in my life, and this is at 22 years old!
