Since listening to this podcast, I've been inspired to try a new approach to fitness and health. I really appreciate that the focus isn't weight loss as much as it is health and wellness... I prefer to focus on how I feel and the foods and exercises that are going to keep me feeling great throughout my life. There is a ton of great and necessary info on what to eat and why... I am obsessed with this podcast and learn something new with every one I hear. Oh and THANK YOU for the adult approach to the podcast... I appreciate the info in some other podcasts I've listened to, but I can't get passed the juvenile behavior, bad language and pointless "I need to hear myself talk" jabber.
