I absolutely love this podcast. I started listening to podcasts while I'm at work and made it from 1-17 in a few days because I kept listening even after work. It's so helpful. I feel like they are lifting the nutrition fog for me as i am easily discouraged on health and fitness. There is so much info out there but this makes sense and its backed by science. This is great information and I really appreciate the help. Diabetes runs in both sides of my family and this information will help me to not be another statistic. Thanks again.
