I'm an all fitness and body building fanatic. I listen to your podcast religiously every morning and evening driving to and from work/ gym and since listening I have learnt so much about the human body, how it works and what it REALLY needs. I currently work as a health trainer in England, seeing patients 1 to 1 for weight anagement and lifestyle change. I recommend your podcasts and your guests you have on the show everyday to my patients because so many of their problems can be fixed without the need of medication. People now think "oh I'm not sleeping well so I will ask the doctor for medicine ". No one never sits and thinks why can't I sleep, what am I not doing and what should I be doing? Everyone looks at medication as the solution. Listening to your podcast has helped me to help others and I just want to thank you so much for the incredible shows and guests I get to listen to and learn from everyday.
