I am so grateful for this video podcast. Chaz's presentation, tone, style and approach work so well. It is easy to understand and follow — and yet challenging with helpful hints. I need this, and following along with this podcast gives me a morning routine to follow! Huge thanks.
Special Request: Any stretches or poses that would relieve a chronically tight IT band would be MOST appreciated. Lots of the work you presented on knees was very helpful.
