Cut the filler change the format

Great content but the format is hot fiery garbage. Excessive and unnecessary breaks and voiceovers. Annoying punny song clips. Ads every ten seconds. It's like TV or radio show and I'm on the Internet because I hate those shows. Cut the format rubbish and it would be good
